Refund policy

Return Policy We want you to love your SlipCo. look! If you aren't perfectly satisfied, refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account.

  • Exclusions: Please note that custom-sized orders are final sale unless a defect is present.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and it will be issued to your original payment method. 

Damages: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrived. If your item is damaged, contact us immediately at slipcojm@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.
